Mr. Innocent Kyara is a seasoned practicing advocate and quintessential corporate and commercial law specialist well versed in corporate secretarial services, regulatory corporate compliance, PPP, restrictive covenants, corporate governance, legal drafting and advisory services. He is a Certified Director with the Institute of Directors Tanzania (IODT) and Law Officer by Virtue of the Attorney General (Appointment of Law Officers and State Attorneys) Notice, 2020 (N No. 1011 published on 27/11/2020. He has extensive experience in private practice as well as in-house counsel in financial, conservation and aviation sector. His interests in myriad of sectors has supplied him with a wide breadth of experience, serving in a number of Boards, National Committees and Task Forces for Mining Sector, Regional Monetary Union & Common Market Protocols, Consumer Protection Framework, Quality Management Standard, Anti money Laundry and Terrorist Financing. Mr. Kyara holds Masters of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Dar es salaam.
